01 General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Good Bet platform (goodbet.bio) and all its members. Good Bet is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi members.

By creating an account or using the Good Bet platform, you agree to all of these terms. Good Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms and Conditions apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
• Good Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Age Restriction: Registrants must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be refunded.
• One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.

• Personal Use: Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder; sharing access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Restricted Regions: Residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Good Bet.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Good Bet accepts deposits via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be credited to your account balance instantly.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact the support team within 24 hours.
• The use of third-party accounts for deposits is strictly prohibited.
• Good Bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Good Bet makes it easy for members to withdraw their winnings quickly and securely. We are committed to keeping the withdrawal process simple and transparent.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300 (Mobile Banking), BDT 1,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Processing Time: 1–4 hours for mobile banking; 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Verification: Withdrawals are processed faster on KYC-verified accounts.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Suspicious Activity: If fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Good Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only; limited to one claim per account.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement (typically 15x–30x) must be met.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within its validity period; bonuses expire and become void once that period ends.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories; using them on other games may result in the bonus being voided.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds.
• Abuse: If evidence of Bonus Abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting and casino games on Good Bet. These rules are in place to ensure fair play and transparency.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds at the time a bet is placed are final.
• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: Good Bet reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.
• Maximum Win: Good Bet may set a maximum win limit per bet.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Good Bet. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

• Any attempt at cheating, fraud, or deceiving the platform.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or manipulation of the outcome of any event.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Any attempt to hack or carry out a cyberattack on Good Bet's systems.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.

08 Responsible Gaming

Good Bet believes gaming is purely for entertainment. We place the highest importance on the health and well-being of our members and are committed to promoting responsible gaming.
